Welcome to Lane Drop. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Lane Drop.

1. Service Overview

Lane Drop provides professional black car chauffeur services in Seattle and surrounding areas, including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly chauffeur service, cruise port transfers, and special occasion transportation.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • Advance booking is recommended to guarantee vehicle availability.

  • Clients must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, flight details (if applicable), and any special requests.

  • A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is accepted.

3. Rates & Payments

  • Prices are based on vehicle type, service type (point-to-point, hourly, etc.), and travel distance.

  • Final charges may include applicable taxes, tolls, parking fees, waiting time, and optional gratuity.

  • All fares must be paid by credit card or other accepted payment methods before or at the time of service.

  • Corporate account billing is available upon request and approval.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the fare.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.

  • For airport pickups, a grace period of 60 minutes is included. For all other services, a 15-minute grace period applies.

5. Waiting Time & Delays

  • After the grace period, additional waiting time fees may apply based on the service type and vehicle class.

  • Lane Drop monitors flights and will adjust pickup times for early or delayed arrivals whenever possible.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control, though we strive to minimize any disruptions.

6. Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and comply with chauffeur instructions.

  • Smoking, use of illegal substances, or damage to the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  • The client will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by them or their guests.

  • Lane Drop reserves the right to terminate service without a refund if safety or conduct issues arise.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Lane Drop is not responsible for lost or forgotten items during the ride.

  • While we take all reasonable steps to arrive on time, we do not guarantee punctuality due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Privacy Policy

All personal data provided during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms

Lane Drop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be handled in accordance with the laws and courts of that jurisdiction.
